Never made an egg white cocktail before? Not to worry - they're super easy and fun! And the consistency from the shaken egg white gives this drink an awesome, creamy texture. With a spiced rum base and banana liqueur, this one will definitely be the talk of your Halloween parties.
Add the spiced rum, banana liqueur, lime juice, and egg white to a cocktail shaker, but don't add any ice just yet. Give the ingredients a 10-second shake to break down the proteins in the egg and combine the flavors. Then, add 1 cup of ice to the shaker and shake vigorously for about 40 seconds.
