The S'more-Tini

What is more camping-themed than s'mores? Exactly. That's why we made a s'mores themed drink that tastes literally like the campfire dessert we all know and love. Be warned though, this drink calls for a few ingredients that will definitely give you a sugar rush.

• 1 Oz Vodka
• 2.5 Oz S'mores Liqueur (try Adult Beverage Co.)
• 1 Oz Cream
• Chocolate Syrup, Graham Cracker, a large Marshmallow, and a Wooden Skewer for Garnishing
• 151 Rum for Garnishing

First, break up a few graham crackers into small crumbs for the rim of the glass. Then, dip the rim of the martini glass in chocolate syrup, followed by the graham cracker crumbs. Set the glass aside and grab your cocktail shaker. To that, add the vodka, liqueur, and cream along with about 1 cup of ice. Shake for a good 40 seconds to build up the consistency of the cream and strain into the martini glass. Finally, use the wooden skewer to dip your marshmallow in 151 rum and set it in the cocktail with the marshmallow sticking out. Light the marshmallow on fire and sit back and enjoy!
