The Leprechaun's Gold

If you never caught a leprechaun using a leprechaun trap on St. Patty's day growing up, fear not - your time has come! With this drink, no traps are needed. This pot of gold cocktail is loaded not just with flavor, but also with edible gold candies that are sure to catch the attention of your audience.
In a cocktail shaker, add the spiced rum, Licor 43, lemon juice, and egg white. Then, give the liquid ingredients a 10-15-second shake. This simply helps to break down the proteins in the egg and combine the flavors. Next, add in about a cup of ice (or 2-3 large ice chunks) and shake vigorously for about 40 seconds. Strain the ingredients into a rocks glass and let sit for about 20 seconds to allow the egg white and notes from the drinks to separate at the top of the drink. Finally, take a few edible gold flakes or candies and set them on the top of the drink. If you want to get really creative, use a stensil cutout of a 4-leaf clover and some green sugar to make a nice clover image on the top of the drink.
